Project Engineer

As Project Engineer, Ross Reiffenberger is focused on enhancing natural resources and agriculture through the design and implementation of conservation projects, refining the delivery of engineered and construction solutions, and meeting the needs of clients. 

Ross grew up on a farm in western Minnesota and has a passion for all things outdoors.  This perspective has given him insights in farming, conservation and engineering to better understand the needs of clients and solutions to the problems and concerns to be addressed.  His responsibilities include survey, design, inspection and project management of a variety of conservation related projects, including, feedlots, wetland restoration, shoreline restoration & protection, stormwater, and erosion control.  Ross has worked in both the private and public sectors which allow him to work through regulations and develop plans to meet client needs and required standards.  Ross joined Anez in 2025 as a project engineer and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Minnesota.  

Outside of work Ross can be found at his kids events, hunting, fishing, gardening, playing volleyball and church activities.
