Owner and President Kami Anez founded Anez Consulting Inc. with her late husband, Jared, in 1997. With a profound passion for agricultural science and writing, Kami seamlessly integrates these interests into her daily responsibilities of managing this 27-year-old company. Her extensive knowledge of science and chemistry is reinforced by her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. While the differences between the fields may seem apparent, Kami is deeply intrigued by the indirect connections between soil health and the well being of all living creatures, including humans.

As an accomplished Agricultural Nutrient Consultant with over 30 years of experience, Jeff specializes in optimizing feedlot operations through comprehensive nutrient management strategies. His expertise spans a wide range of regulatory compliance, project management, and environmental stewardship initiatives crucial to modern agricultural practices.

Agronomy and Conservation Consultant
Kristi has been a vital part of the Anez team since 2017, serving as an Agronomy and Conservation Consultant. She firmly believes that farming is not a “one size fits all” endeavor; context is paramount. Kristi excels in helping clients delve deeply into soil fertility, ensuring they make the best decisions for their operation. Additionally, she provides expertise in feedlot permitting and conservation programs, skillfully navigating the intricate rules and regulations of government-managed initiatives.

Wetland Services
Lauren’s deep-rooted connection to Northern Minnesota fostered her passion for natural resources from an early age. She began her post-secondary education in Ely, MN, where she pursued a degree in Natural Resource Technology. After relocating to Southwest Minnesota, Lauren sought to broaden her expertise and enrolled at Ridgewater College, earning a degree in Precision Agriculture.
